FAQ
Here are a few questions and answers about requesting and presenting "The Hatbox"

It is possible to hire Hannu and/or Mark to come out and fill in the Parts for Cameron Jones and Mark Hillbrook.  Hannu and Mark can also be hired to play music as needed.

All performances that have been done were for fundraising.

Q:  What is "The Hatbox" information packet?
A: Inside the package are several things: an introductary letter(including play summary and success notes), breakdown of costs, a request/order form (for amount of materials needed), contract/agreement for performance, list of do's and don'ts when producing this play.  If it is decided to do the production you will be able to contact us with any questions.  We will be able to set up appointment times for phone or instant message meeting.

Q: Does the packet cost anything?
A: No the package does not cost anything.  But recquired is a letter of intent included on letterhead.  Package will only be sent to approved requests.  For serious inquiries only.  Non profits have special pricing and need to submit proof of non-profit status.
Q: Is the music included when accepting to do the play?
A: Depending on the order that is being made.  This is located in the breakdown of costs.
Q: How many actors are needed to put the play on?
A: 13 characters.  Preferably 6 men, 3 women, 1 girl child, 2 boy children.  There is the part of the Grandmother that is a memory/letter portion of the last scene(we have it on video, you can order this video or have an someone take this part).  We used a DVD player and projector to show this.  You can arrange the gender and names of the characters to fit your production.  This can be requested from us but there will be an additional cost.  We can change the names and gender but not the amount of characters.
